The Seminole County Tax Collector’s office occasionally modifies our Commercial Accounts Service Policy regarding the number of individual dealer, title service, and financial institution transactions we will process.

Transaction Limits
Each dealer, financial institution, or title service may process up to six (6) transactions per day at all locations, except Altamonte Springs, where the limit is four (4) transactions daily.
Lunch Hour Policy
Dealer transactions are not processed between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM at any branch office.
You may visit after 2:00 PM. If wait times are long due to staffing limitations, walk-in services may be suspended for the remainder of the day.
End-of-Day Cut-Off Times
No queue tickets will be issued for commercial account work after 4:30 PM.
Walk-in services at the Altamonte Springs Dealer Section stop at 4:00 PM.
Drop-Off Transactions
You may drop off any number of transactions during business hours.
Towing, Labor & Storage Transactions
Towing and Storage and Labor and Storage transactions must be dropped off and will be ready for pick-up within 48 to 96 hours.
In-County Requirement
To prioritize Seminole County residents, we do not accept out-of-county dealer or business transactions.
Fast Title Services
Visit any of our six (6) locations for an original title, title transfer, or duplicate title while you wait.
Additional service fees:
$10.00 for vehicle titles, $5.00 for vessel titles
Continuing Education Credits
The DMV requires all dealers to renew Continuing Education (CE) Credits every two years.
