All SCTC branch locations are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and offer Tag & Title, Property Taxes, Business Tax Receipts (BTR), Tourist Tax, and Hunting & Fishing licenses during opening hours.

Please note the following service-specific hours:

• Driver License & Concealed Weapons: Available 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  Appointments only after 4:00 p.m.

• Learner’s Permit & CDL Testing: Offered from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

• Road Testing & Hazmat Services: By appointment only

• Birth Certificates: Our offices are unable to issue birth certificates at this time due to a temporary outage with the Florida Department of Health and Vital Statistics. Please visit our Birth Certificate page for full details.
