Due to an upgrade of our Property Tax Software, our WEBSITE WILL BE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE for all Real Estate and Tangible Personal Property Tax Online Payments and Searches beginning Sunday, February 23 at 12:00 p.m. until Monday, March 3rd at 2:00 p.m. You may visit one of our six branch offices to make an in-person payment. Due to a temporary outage as the result of a software upgrade with the Florida Department of Health’s Bureau of Vital Statistics, our Tax Collector office is temporarily unable to issue birth certificates. In the interim, all county health departments and the Florida Department of Health are happy to assist the public with obtaining birth certificates. Please visit their websites for more information on ordering certificates online or picking up from any of the available locations.

Our offices provide Motor Vehicle and Driver License Services for Seminole County residents only. Concealed Weapons Permits, Birth Certificates, Hunting & Fishing Licenses and Self Service Tag Renewal kiosks (located at the Casselberry Commons and Springs Plaza Publix Super Market locations only) are available to all Florida residents.
