2025 SEMINOLE COUNTY DELINQUENT TAX LIST

The 2025 Seminole County Delinquent Real Estate Tax list will be published this year on the Seminole County website https://seminolecountyfl.column.us/search, May 06, 13, & 20, 2026. The 2025 Seminole County Delinquent Tangible Tax list will be published May 06, 2026, on this same site.

Payment of delinquent 2025 taxes can be made by mail, online www.seminolecounty.tax, or in-person at any of our locations.

To register for the upcoming tax certificate sale, place bids and deposits, or to view an interactive list of delinquent 2025 taxes, please visit our tax certificate auction site at www.lienhub.com.

Per Florida Statute 50.0311(6) this is notice to property owners and residents, that they may receive legally required advertisements and public notices from the Seminole County Tax Collector by e-mail upon registering their name and e-mail address with our office by emailing us at PublicRecords@seminolecounty.tax
