General Requirements

There are basic requirements of education and/or experience that you must have to apply for employment. In addition, there are desired skills that are not required, but will be considered with your application in gaining employment with our office. These are as follows:

  • High school diploma. College course credits are an asset.
  • The ability to use standard office equipment (such as a typewriter, computer, calculator).
  • Keyboarding/data entry skills at least 40 wpm.
  • Knowledge of basic math principles and business English.
  • Experience working with the public is a plus.

  • Maintain a positive outlook on the tasks of being a Customer Service Representative
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., and be able to stand for long periods of time. 
Additional Considerations
  • Must be capable of being bonded and becoming a Notary Public.
  • Experience in handling cash and check transactions is a plus.
  • Successfully be cleared through a Criminal Record Check.
  • Successfully pass a drug test.
